Please note that the photographs used for the sale of UDDER products on this site are for illustration purposes only and meant as a guideline. Due to the handmade nature of the UDDER collections, there will always be slight deviations to the originals.

All pieces are handmade with LOVE in Bali and shipped direct from Bali, Indonesia.

Prices marked on this website are in AUD and GST inclusive.

 

Where we ship to:

We ship Worldwide (although we DO NOT ship to South Korea as we stock exclusively to Babybubble....only until end of 2014).


Ordering & Shipping Prices:
The UDDER site uses the easy point-click-purchase procedure. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming your order.  You will also be notified of the shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due for purchase of the product. 

For International customers, please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery (with tracking.) We try to keep our shipping costs at a minimum and shipping is calculated on weight base.

The costs associated with your local customs department including duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your country's customs department if you have any questions regarding this.

Registered post, courier services and insurance options are available at an extra cost. Please request in the special instructions box of the Shopping Cart section.

Dispatch
Ordered items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please make sure to include your correct mailing address as incorrect postal details can lead to delays in delivery.

Please ensure that you are over the age of 18 and have the authority to place an order on the UDDER site. Also any information you provide is warranted to be accurate and complete. If you are below the age of 18 you may only use the site under the supervision and authority of a parent or guardian.

Payment & Privacy

UDDER accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. At this stage UDDER accepts Paypal payments only.

Paypal and how does it work?

Paypal is an easy, convenient and secure way to pay for online purchases. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). All card transactions sent via SSL are encrypted to protect the security of your online order information.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from the UDDER store. Simply pay with your debit or credit card as a paypal guest however if you already have an account you may use it.

Refunds & Returns

UDDER takes pride in offering high quality garments to our wholesalers and customers. Each garment is carefully checked prior to shipment, in order to minimize faulty or damaged goods being distributed. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged garment, the purchaser has 7 working days from receiving your items to make use of your right to cancel and be able to return the articles that you have purchased from UDDER. Before returning your item, please contact us to discuss this request as any returns must previously have been accepted by UDDER. You may only return your purchase in the same condition as they were when you received them and UDDER will not make any refund nor accept the return of any products if the item has been used, is not labelled, has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging.In the event of this being a return of your own choice, you, the customer will cover the return postage expenses. If the return is due to a fault of UDDER, and upon acceptance of this request, the additional expenses will be covered by UDDER. A full refund will be given to the purchaser or the opportunity to exchange for another product.
